CMEC (01829): HAN Xiaojun resigns as president

(Infocast News) China Machinery Engineering Corporation (01829) announced that HAN Xiaojun has resigned as an executive director and the president with effect from November 20 due to job arrangements.

The board has designated ZHANG Chun, the chairman of the board, as the temporary person in charge to act on behalf of the president until the board selects a new President.
